Support Process

Here is how we resolve your IT issues.

  1. You begin the process by either emailing or live chatting with the Help Desk.
  2. You will receive a prompt acknowledgment of the request.
  3. A new ticket will be opened to track the resolution process.
  4. Ticket processing and automatic updating will take through the resolution cycle and keep you up to date on the progress.
  5. The process is complete when your ticket is resolved.
